3.1

The HEI to provide letters of appointment or letters of joining of the following faculty.

The HEI to provide the number of teachers requiredas per the SRA (NMC, PCI, DCI, BCI and INC etc)

The HEI is required to provide year wise (for the 05 years of assessment), Audited Statements of Income and Expenditure, duly certified by the University Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Charted Accountant in case of Private University / Deemed to be University. The Audited Statements of Income and Expenditure must show the salary component in highlighting/ underlined.

The HEI must also provide a statement showing the total expenditure and the salary component for each of the years, duly certified by the CFO and the CA.

The HEI calculations of values of expenditure excluding salary must be attached.
