The HEI to carry out reflection and mapping the courses to the employability / entrepreneurship / skill development as CO’s. Lab/practical is part of a course and not a separate course. Tours, Internship, Industrial Trg or project work are not courses. In case there are large number of common courses that are taught across various programs then the count for the year remains ONE only.

AP-1 HEI to reconcile and provide data only in NAAC prescribed format for the Metric as an Excel file. The data must specify the courses claimed to be interdisciplinary, course name and course unique code and the year in which offered by institution year wise for all the 05 years.
AP-2 HEI to provide data in Excel format in respect of the total number of courses offered by the institution across all programs during the last five years. All documents to be signed by the Registrar.

AP-1 The HEI must provide a certificate from the Registrar that these courses are NOT part of the regular curriculum and are offered OUTSIDE the Curriculum and entail minimum 16 hrs of teaching. The attached data does not provide any details of the courses imparting transferable and life skills. HEI to reconcile and provide data only in NAAC prescribed format for the Metric as an Excel file. AP-2 The HEI must attach syllabus of each of the claimed courses, highlighting the content that is considered imparting transferable and life skills, with a remark as to how this is imparting transferable and life skills. This to be for the last five years.
AP-3 The HEI to provide a certificate that none of these courses are by external agencies and that no fee has been charged to the students for these programmes.
AP-4 The HEI to reconcile and provide a fresh list containing only eligible cases out of the list already provided. No fresh course may be added but additional documents may be provided
AP-5 The HEI to also furnish a certificate by the VC/ Registrar that the courses are optional and more than 16 contact hours in duration.
1.3.3
AP-1 The HEI to provide list of the students for the courses in 2020-21 and 2021-22 along with at least 06 certificates issued to the students on completion of the program. The details of the faculty/ org that conducted these may be listed. Photographs of the conduct to be attached.
AP-2 The HEI must mention with each session whether it is certificate courses or Add-on course. Data in Excel format as per NAAC specifications and all papers (docs) to be signed by the Registrar.

1.4.1
AP-1 The HEI to attach the HEI policy and the structure of the feedback system on curriculum, signed by the Registrar.
AP-2 The HEI to provide a visible working link (Feedback Policy) on the website. The URL does NOT lead to the feedback page on curriculum. Feedback link is not visible neither on the main page nor under academics.
AP-3 The HEI has not attached forms filled by any element of the feedback system.
AP-4 The HEI to provide 05 filled forms from each category together with the action taken on each of these.

AP-1 The HEI to provide link to action taken report on the website as proof their claim. The analysis of the feedback on curriculum signed by the Registrar for the AY 2021-22 may be attached.
